Amanda's Go-To Protein Shake
Hello again! We are back this week with another great recipe. We hope you all are staying safe and healthy during this time and we can't wait to see you all again. I know a lot of us LOVE a good protein shake to make up fast in the mornings or drink after your daily workout so here is what I have for you! This protein shake is my GO-TO! The best thing about this drink is you can change it up with your personal dietary restrictions.
1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
1 scoop of Vanilla Pure Whey Protein
1 scoop Orgain Organic Superfoods powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 cup spinach
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Protein shakes are so easy to adapt to your dietary needs because everything is interchangeable with a similar product. If you are sensitive to dairy, use a plant-based protein powder (the one I listed has whey from dairy).
Adding fruits and vegetables you have leftover in your refrigerator is a great way to reduce waste and add to your nutrient deficiencies.
