Amanda's Kitchen - Turkey Spaghetti Squash

This week we are doing a simple and delicious meal. . . Turkey Spaghetti Squash! You only need a few ingredients for this meal your family will love. After a long hard day, we understand some of us don't want to spend hours in the kitchen making dinner, so this meal is definitely one to try!

  • 1 spaghetti squash

  • 1 jar Farmtofork sauce

  • 1 pound ground turkey

  • Minced garlic

  • 1 tablespoon olive or coconut oil

  • Salt, Pepper, Crushed red pepper optional

  1. Poke holes in spaghetti squash with a knife (CAREFULLY!).

  2. Place squash in the crockpot on HIGH for 3-4 hours.

  3. While squash is cooking, sauté garlic in oil. When garlic is fragrant, add ground turkey. When cooked through, add the sauce.

  4. When spaghetti squash is easily punctured with a knife, cut in half length-wise to easily scoop out seeds. Squash should easily flake with a fork into “spaghetti”.
