Amanda's Kitchen - V-8 Shredded Beef
This week we are doing another simple yet yummy meal and guess what. . . it’s another crockpot recipe! This meal would be so easy for a relaxing Sunday at home while cleaning or hanging out with your family.
1 beef roast (I used ~3 lb rump roast)
6 oz can original V8 Juice
1-2 Tbl Cholula Hot Sauce (amount depends on whether you can handle the heat)
1-2 Tbl minced garlic (amount depends on whether you have a date tonight)
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tbl dried cilantro
Place roast in a crock-pot. Now dump everything else on top.
Cook on LOW for about 8 hours, flipping every 2-3 hours, until meat easily shreds with two forks.
